For USA customers: We commit ourselves to try our best to deliver your order within 6-10 days of your payment date. If it takes longer than 10 calendar days, we will refund your $4 Shipping Charge.

For customers outside the USA: We commit ourselves to try our best to deliver your order within 10-15 days of your payment date. If it takes longer than 15 calendar days, we will refund your $6 Shipping Charge.
